Ashby Heights is a collection of single family homes built by Equity in 2005. Located in the Kingstowne area of Alexandria, these 18 homes make up Ashby Heights Circle and typically include 2-car garages, 4-5 bedrooms and many quality upgrades. The Franconia-Springfield Metro station (blue line) is only a few minutes drive; there is also access to Amtrak, Greyhound and the VRE Fredericksburg line at the same facility. Bus service is readily available. HOV lanes and all major commuter routes such as the Fairfax County Parkway and I-495/395/95 are close by.  Fort Belvoir, Fort Myers, the Pentagon, a U.S. Coast Guard station and Bolling Air Force base are all easily reached from Ashby Heights. Defense contractors, technology corporations and the INOVA Healthplex can all be found at the Metro Park office complex.
