Piero Sarmiento

Piero was born in Lima, Peru. Before coming to Virginia, he lived in Peru, Shanghai, China and Miami. He earned his B.A. in International Relations and Political Science. Fluent in Spanish, he’s worked extensively as both a medical and immigration court interpreter. Piero initially got his real estate license to help his mother get qualified tenants for her basement unit. As time went on, it transformed into a career he enjoys on a daily basis. Piero is a “people person” and loves guiding his clients as they achieve their dreams of home ownership. His passion is assisting families throughout the entire process from beginning to end, educating them on how affordable and obtainable owning real estate can actually be. He specializes in first-time buyers, rental listings and sellers looking to sell and buy simultaneously. Piero is the proud father of two lovely and playful children, Mylo and Mabella. When he has free time, he’s with his kids, swimming laps in the pool or relaxing in the steam-room!
