Crest of Alexandria: New Construction

We are excited to announce that development is underway at the Crest of Alexandria project just down the street from the Hilltop Village Center on Telegraph Road! This will be a 55+ Active Adult community filled with a variety of home styles and community amenities such as the 5,000 square foot community clubhouse with a yoga studio, an outdoor kitchen and pickleball courts. Residents will be able to choose from single family homes, townhomes and condos; the townhomes and condos will all feature elevator access. Wegmans, Burton’s Grill, Dickey’s BBQ and more will be just around the corner. We can’t wait to see the progress and will be sure to update everyone along the way.

First up will be “The Brannon”, a condo building by Christopher Companies. Pricing is still being finalized (expected to start in the low $400s), but you can reserve your unit today! Give us a call at 703-822-0207 and we’d be happy to represent your best interests throughout the purchase process.  We’re there to help with negotiating, inspections, walk-thrus and any issues that come up. The Brannon is projected to be completed by the Fall of 2018, with two additional buildings to follow. All condos will feature one, two or three bedrooms, with up to 1,858 square feet and a secured parking garage on the lower level. Elevators will be available for your convenience.

Pre-sales of Craftmark Homes’ luxury elevator townhomes will begin soon. The Fillmore model includes 2,690+ square feet, 2-car garage, three bedrooms, two or three full baths, with pricing starting at $659,900.

Single-family homes and townhouses will be available from Van Metre Homes. We don’t have a lot of information about these yet, but will let you know as soon as we find out more.
