We call this week’s video “Dressed for Success”. The idea is that selling your home is much like having an important social event on your calendar. A wedding, a gala, a big anniversary or birthday milestone, New Year’s Eve-you get the idea. You don’t just throw on old jeans and a dirty tee-shirt. You think about it, plan ahead and show up looking sharp and stylish!
Well, that’s what the owners of 5739 Evergreen Knoll Court did with their townhouse in Alexandria’s popular Loftridge. They made it sparkle with new and contemporary touches and it looks and smells super-fresh. In the time it took for all the updating, we were able to fully implement our Pre-Launch Gameplan to create awareness and build demand in the local marketplace. We hit the MLS this weekend and are confident the owners will be well-rewarded for taking the time to Dress for Success!
