It’s that time of year again! For the second year in a row, Tom & Cindy and Associates is proud to support Operation Deploy Your Dress, an organization close to our hearts here in the Northern Virginia military community. This wonderful nonprofit helps military families — especially junior service members — offset the high costs of attending formal events by providing donated formalwear and accessories at no cost.

What is Operation Deploy Your Dress?
Founded in 2015, ODYD is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for military families. They help offset the high cost of attending formal military functions by providing formal wear to junior service members and their families.
How You Can Help
We are looking for donations of:
Formal Gowns & Cocktail Dresses (all sizes welcome!)
Formal Shoes
Suits and Tuxedos
Accessories (clutches, jewelry, wraps, etc.)
There is no limit on how many items you can bring. Whether you have one dress from a wedding last year or a closet full of formal wear looking for a new home, all are welcome!
Drop-Off Details
You can bring your donations directly to our Kingstowne office. We’d love to see our past clients and neighbors from Alexandria, Springfield, and Lorton – please stop by! Every donation makes a difference.
Location: 7875 Heneska Loop, Alexandria, VA 22315 (In the Hilltop Shopping Center with Wegmans)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Deadline: Please drop off your items before the DC Area Pop-Up event on April 26th.

If you know a military ID card holder who could benefit from this program, please spread the word! The DC Area Pop-Up is happening on April 26th. This is where all the beautiful items we collect will be “deployed” to their new homes.
