The Christopher Companies is building a small enclave of Crafstman style single family homes on a cul-de-sac just south of the Fairfax County Parkway off Gambrill Road in West Springfield. We toured the model at the Grand Opening a couple of months ago, and can say that it is very attractive and appealing.
The builder is putting in their Burke and Andover floor-plans which include many upscale features as standards, including premium stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood flooring, dual master bedroom closets and more. The homes will be up to 4,500 total finished square feet. Prices range from the very high $800,000s to over $900,000.
